Privacy notice

Last updated: July 20, 2026

This working notice describes the waitlist implementation. It must be reviewed against the final business entity, vendors, domain, and Canadian privacy obligations before public launch.

Information we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect your business email, the time and version of your consent, and limited campaign-attribution fields such as UTM parameters, landing page, referrer, and Google ad-click identifiers when they are present in the page URL.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to send PreservePay launch and product updates, understand which outreach produced a signup, prevent duplicate records, and invite suitable participants to early workflow interviews. We do not sell waitlist information.

Optional measurement

If Google Tag Manager is enabled, the site asks before loading optional Google measurement tags. Choosing “Essential only” prevents those tags from loading. Choosing “Allow measurement” enables analytics and ads measurement storage while personalized-advertising consent remains denied in the site configuration. You can revisit cookie choices from the footer.

Service providers and storage

The production service providers have not been finalized. The planned architecture stores waitlist records in a managed PostgreSQL database and may use a hosting provider and email-delivery provider acting on PreservePay’s instructions. This notice will name or categorize the final providers before launch.

Retention and your choices

Waitlist records should be retained only while needed for launch and early customer research, subject to legal requirements. Every marketing message must provide an unsubscribe method. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@preservepay.ca.

Contact

Email hello@preservepay.ca. The legal business name and mailing address will be added before public launch.
